Marine VHF Radio Refresher (3hrs)

A 3 hour Refresher on the operations and procedures of operating a radio, although aimed at the Marine users, there is a lot of transferable skills to operating Business & PMR Radios.

- Routine Calling

- Channel Selection

- Operating a Radio in Club / Business

Environment

- Radio Checks

- Using DSC Functions of Radio

- Mayday, Pan-Pan, Securitie Procedures

- PLB, EPIRB & AIS Location

- Questions & Answers

This course will be Practical and will be using Marine Training Radios and delivered by a RYA SRC Assessor.

A CPD Certificate of Attendance will be issued.

This is NOT an RYA SRC Radio Course, and they will be NO formal Examination or Option off.
